{Assault on El Capitan}

The Frida Cinema is a new art house theater recently opened it's doors in downtown Santa Ana. They have already screened a vintage Pedro Almodovar film, Sundance FIlm Festival Shorts, and the cult classic Forbidden Zone. Next on their roster is the SoCal premiere of the documentary Assault on El Capitan, which is about Ammon McNeely, and his attempt to climb the controversial and never-repeated route of Wings of Steel on Yosemite’s El Capitan.

The film screens March 15th with a live Q&A with Ammon McNeely, writer/director Jeff Vargen, and Special Guests afterwards. Purchase tickets here
