La Makina del Karibe is one of the first and few champeta bands from Bogotá, the capital of Colombia. The Kosmik Chankleta EP, released on La Chusma Records, brings together Berlin baile funk producer Daniel Haaksman, electro-soukous tinkerers Moroka and AJ Holmes from London and ourselves, Hat+Hoodie, for an awesome EP full of afro-caribbean energy.
