{Gainsbourg: A Heroic Life}

Joann Sfar (comic book artist) delivers a biography of French singer Serge Gainsbourg (Eric Elmosnino). The film follows him from his childhood in Nazi-occupied Paris, his transition from painter to jazz musician to pop superstar, as well as his many relationships.

Look for the film in select theaters August 31st.
