The Chilean pop army continues with Francisca Valenzuela, who has gotten less rock and more pop on her latest album Buen Soldado. The album is a mix of Fiona Apple influenced ballads and really great Chilean pop (in the last few years, Chile has become a breeding grounds for incredibly good pop music).
