Memphis is a Canadian indie band that features Stars frontman (Torquil Campbell), Metric guitarist (Chris Dumont). Apparently they've been together for a couple of years already, however I didn't hear about them until I recently recieved their press kit in the mail (from their wonderful publicity team over at Good Fences). I've been meaning to post about this album for awhile now, but I've been getting sidetracked due to the holidays. Memphis recently released their second album titled A Little Place in the Wilderness, and it's a pretty pleasant listen all the way through.
