{Six Degrees}
ABC's new television series Six Degrees premiered last night. The show was created by Raven Metzner and Stuart Zicherman. J. J. Abrams (Lost!), Bryan Burk and Thom Sherman serve as executive producers through their Bad Robot Productions banner. The show's premise is based in the six degrees of separation theory.
The plot seems interesting and the cast is credible. The show stars: Erika Christensen (Traffic), Hope Davis (American Splendor), Jay Hernandez (Hostel), Dorian Missick, Bridget Moynahan (Lord of War), and Campbell Scott (Singles). The Pilot episode was directed by Rodrigo Garcia, who has also directed episodes of Six Feet Under and Carnivale (yet another Carnivale/Lost connection!) as well as films like Nine Lives, Fathers and Sons, and Ten Tiny Love Stories.

A new episode of The Office also premiered last night. The Jim and Pam love triangle is great, but the comedic end comes from Michael learning of a homosexual in the office...funny stuff.
