{This Film is Not Yet Rated}

Sundance 2006 feature This Film is Not Yet Rated will premiere September 1st in New York and Los Angeles via IFC Films. Directed by Kirby Dick ("Twist of Faith"), the IFC Television production examines the Motion Picture Association of America's (MPAA) film ratings system and takes a look at its impact on American culture. Along with taking a look at some controversial ratings decisions, the film also spotlights the organization's efforts to protect copyright in the name of piracy, as well as exposes the identities of the ratings board members themselves.
