I just read a leaked report of the Austin City Limits Fest Lineup (to be officially announced on Thursday) from the Austinist. The report is said to come from a reliable source, but it is a leaked report nonetheless. So consider this a rumor, until thursday...when I could say 'told you so'. This years fest goes down September 15-17.
